Ultimate Escapes Announces Exclusive Agreement With the Everlands Club
ORLANDO, Fla., Oct. 15, 2009 — Ultimate Escapes Holdings, LLC, a leading luxury destination club, and Everlands, a destination club for those with a passion for outdoor life, announced an exclusive agreement in which Everlands members will be offered the opportunity to join Ultimate Escapes under preferred membership terms. Everlands has been seeking an appropriate partner for its members since earlier this year, after announcing it would cease membership sales and operations due to the inability to achieve a critical mass of members, given the adverse economic and credit environment.
