Westgate’s Planet Hollywood Hopes to Open in December 2009
Las Vegas, NV, October 15, 2009 — Construction continues at a fast pace on the 1,201-unit Planet Hollywood Towers by Westgate on the Las Vegas Strip, with an eye toward opening in mid December.
Workers are finishing up on the nearly 20,000-square-foot lobby area overlooking the pool, which will include a check-in counter, retail space, a bar, a restaurant and a Starbucks. Also near completion is a 15,000-square foot convention area and more meeting rooms.

A partnership between Planet Hollywood Resort and Florida-based Westgate Resorts, PH Towers is a 52-story glass marvel that will encompass 3.2 million square feet of living space fully integrated with the all-new Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino.
Ownership amenities including an exotic tropical pool complete with sandy beach and private cabanas, an elite 46th floor pool for the 28 exclusive penthouse suites, and a world class fitness facility, restaurants, onsite casino and marketplace/deli.
The Resort will be connected to the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino which will give guests direct access to amenities such as the all new Planet Hollywood Casino, twelve premium restaurants featuring an eclectic range of cuisine and a full-service shopping mall with over 140 shops.
