REMEMBER: When you are told to never ‘assume’ that is some of the worst sales advise you’re likely to hear.

Always assume!

Put in the correct perspective, to ‘assume’ is to analyse everything from the sales guest’s hand shake, the style and manner of speech, body language (including eye contact) and so forth.

Always ‘assume’ all the way to the close and the button-up.

Don’t lose another sale because of a failure to analyse ‘assume’, and then laugh all the way to the bank!
