REMEMBER: When selling and closing there is almost nothing stronger than to have what you’ve told a prospect backed up with the documentation that you will ask them to sign.
True, the DOCS are filled with a bunch of legalize and gobbledygook ‘stuff’ but inside those documents are provisions for uses, benefits and features and when you point those out to your new owners, in writing, and they match what you’ve said, they will be more trusting, less likely to cancel and you’ll laugh all the way to the bank.
