REMEMBER: Always thank your sales guest, out the chute, for their time and let them know straight up that because you and your developer/company do value their time they will indeed receive those wonderful premiums upon the conclusion of the presentation!
As is often discussed around the water-cooler, those gifts may not seem worth the ‘time’ to you and your peers but to others, your sales guests, the people who ‘count’ most in your lives at that very moment, those gifts are valued and that is all that matters.
Those premiums need to be ‘talked-up’, too, as many are really great deals (value) and most all sales guests have the ‘gifts’ on their minds wondering ‘if’ they’ll get what was promised (if ever) and if the gifts are as good as they’ve been led to believe.
Terminate those concerns and let them know you’ll personally see to it that they’ll receive their ‘gifts’ as quickly as possible. By doing so you’ll be another step closer to easing the guests’ tensions, resistance, fears and doubts plus they will be paying more attention to the ‘good-news’ (presentation) and you’ll be a step closer to making a ‘friend’ and laughing all the way to the bank!
