Here’s how it works: We close the deals… So if you want a meeting, how about springing for Happy Hour at the end of the day and don’t forget to bring a truck load of CASH SPIFFS because nothing is more motivating than living off our SPIFFS and banking our checks!

REMEMBER: There is (almost) nothing worse then to have a sale ‘kick’– and all too often a rescission occurs w/o the sales rep’s immediate knowledge, which is a recipe and guarantee for more ‘kicks’ to come rolling down the chute!
Every Pro should own one of those inexpensive c-phones (aside from any others s/he owns) that is dedicated exclusively for new ‘owners’, and that phone number should be on a business card (separate from any other cards) to be given to each new owner after the final button up.
Those owners should be told (and know) of the exclusive nature of that ‘special’ phone number and that if they have any questions, needs, travel/resort suggestions, questions about ‘seasons’, etc. that ‘their’ rep can be reached 24/7.
When the new owners leave, that special phone number will let them know that their relationship with the ‘person’ who just had them commit to (e.g.) $20-K didn’t just end, but instead is ongoing!
Then, the very next morning (at the latest, and w/o failure!) every rep should call the new owner, saying (basically) they just wanted to touch base and see if they have any additional questions about (e.g.) using or planning their vacations.
The reps who don’t call, well, the ‘kicks’ will keep coming. But the reps who do make the call will save more deals, prevent any misunderstandings, will be able to ‘clean’ anything up (that needs to be) and continue laughing all the way to the bank!
