MORNING MEETING May 5, 2010: Say What?
Get your day off to the right start with your own MORNING MEETING. No shouting; no throwing of chairs; no name calling; no finger pointing.
Just a daily blast of music, a Sales Tip of the Day at the bottom of the post and some attitude for your enjoyment!
M-F. No weekends, and I don’t do roomfill…
Miss the meeting, and you’re on overage!
Meeting? We don’t need no stinkin’ meeting!
Motivation? I got your motivation right ‘here’!
Here’s how it works: We close the deals… So if you want a meeting, how about springing for Happy Hour at the end of the day and don’t forget to bring a truck load of CASH SPIFFS because nothing is more motivating than living off our SPIFFS and banking our checks!

REMEMBER: It is true that a chain is only as strong as its weakest link and in our business that first link is always the ‘invite’!
There are too many ‘closing’ tactics that marketers use to get a sales guest to agree to the presentation and once you meet each prospect, after the ‘meet-and-greet’ ritual has been successfully accomplished, then during the ‘warm-up’ phase, that topic (invite), needs to be addressed.
The simplest, most direct and most effective way is to outright ask your guest what prompted them to attend the presentation– and then shut up!
This is your first and often only chance to ‘bury’ any possible ‘misunderstanding’ that can ‘bite’ on the back-end, and if you ‘clean-it-up’ straight out the chute you’ll be one step closer to laughing all the way to the bank!
