REMEMBER: You can bet your last dollar that a good 1/2 of all sales guests live in sort of a ‘hell’ when their homes and communities are compared to the wonderful accommodations and travel destinations our industry provides vacationing owners.
Sadly, many of these sales guests live a daily grind, a rut, commuting to and from work, back and forth to the grocery stores, schools, getting stuck in traffic jams, etc. and although they have learned to ‘cope’ they’d also be inclined, if an opportunity presented itself, to sell off an in-law at the first chance in order to escape to Paradise!
What the Pro needs to convey to each sales guest is that as new owners they will have a few weeks set aside every year to reward themselves for all the stresses and toil they are forced to endure. Perfecting and fully conveying that message during the presentation will keep you laughing all the way to the bank!
