TODAY IS:

Gracias!

Get your day off to the right start with your own MORNING MEETING. No shouting; no throwing of chairs; no name calling; no finger pointing.

Just a Sales Tip of the Day, a daily blast of music and some attitude for your enjoyment! M-F. No weekends, and I don’t do roomfill…

REMEMBER: Earned commissions that are received on pay day do not, even for those on a base or draw, come from the developer.

The SPIFFS, bonuses, benefits, etc. that sales reps cherish do not come from the developer either.

True, it is the developer’s staff who handles the ‘money’ but at the end of ever day it is the new owners who flip the tab and that is why every prospect, every time, should be treated with the utmost respect and courtesy regardless of the outcome of the ‘presentation’.

In fact, the sales guest who did not become an owner should be given equal respect and esteem as the guest who did, and the sales Pros who treat everyone in that manner, all the time, will always out-sell/close everyone else and laugh all the way to the bank!
