Hidden Treasures
Get your day off to the right start with your own MORNING MEETING. No shouting; no throwing of chairs; no name calling; no finger pointing.
Just a Sales Tip of the Day, a daily blast of music and some attitude for your enjoyment! M-F. No weekends, and I don’t do roomfill…
REMEMBER: On ‘average’ (key word) American home owners have approximately $4,000 worth of ’stuff’ that is being stored in their garages, storage units, closets, etc. that they will never use again and that they could sell during a weekend or two of garage sales or online, etc.
Often a prospect will say, usually near the end of the presentation and just before the closing sequence begins, something along the lines of ‘Well, how much does it cost’?
Also, according to the University of Indiana Center on Philanthropy, American home owners reported giving about 3% of their income to charity and other data suggests that Americans who tithe, on average, place about 2% of their income into the collection plate.
With a combined household income of say $75-K, then the ‘average’ American has about $8-K they can get their hands on, some of it immediately, to fulfill their wants, needs and desires such as, oh say, vacationing!
Then there are those Americans who claim ZERO deductions on their taxes each year so that they get back, on ‘average’ a refund of the money that they basically loan the government (interest free) of about $2,800.
With an adjustment at their local payroll office they could, on ‘average’, start bringing home (next month) an extra $233 (and every month thereafter for a very long time).
There is often (more) money to be found. Those closers who know how to uncover those (and other) ‘assets’ and share these sorts of tips with their sales guest and then suggest what ‘they’ could do with a sudden windfall will be laughing all the way to the bank.
