REMEMBER: It is never a bad idea to use large numbers when demonstrating the capabilities of our industry to pondering prospects who will mostly embrace the TS platform but deep in the back of their minds may be wondering how they might fit into the system’s capacity.
As an example, it would be wise to demonstrate that in the worldwide system, based on every 1 Million timeshare owners taking a two week (14 nights) vacation, our industry successfully confirms for those owners 14 Million nightly reservations. That is a powerful number that represents both the stability of our global industry and the timeshare plan the prospect is considering.
Then write down that over that past ten years alone, for every 1 Million TS owners that equals 140 Million nightly reservations that have been confirmed and enjoyed by owners. When using these larger numbers this will dramatically increase the perceived (and real) value of the ownership plan, and by doing so the savvy Pro will be laughing all the way to the bank!
