REMEMBER: We’ve all heard the acronym KISS and, although the ‘stupid’ part is totally uncalled for, there is wisdom in that approach to selling. A good way to ‘Keep it Simple’ is to formulate, in 25 words or less, how you’d describe the benefits and features of being a timeshare owner.
No, those 25 words (give or take) would not be your (new) ‘line’, but when you meet someone new (outside of work) and they ask what you do for a ‘living’ and you can explain to them, in those few words, exactly what it is you do then you’ll uncomplicate the information. And quite frankly, ‘they’ will likely be inclined to be somewhat envious
Now apply that same technique with each sales guest during the presentation in such a manner as not to be ‘selling’ but instead ‘sharing’ the information (benefits and features of ownership), and by doing so you’ll be laughing all the way to the bank.
