Fort Myers, FL (July 30, 2010) — Robb & Stucky Interiors, one of North America’s most respected furnishings and interior design firms, has been selected by a Branson, Missouri, developer to complete the furnishings for several vacation cabin models at its exclusive Trophy Run resort.
Developed by NorthPointe Development Company of Branson, Trophy Run is a 46-acre resort of 180 planned vacation cabins with resort-styled amenities located on Lake Taneycomo. (TrophyRun.com) Under development for the past few years, the cabins are being sold as both whole ownership and fractional (shared-use) properties.
Robb & Stucky Designer Ron Nowfel, IDS, (www.RobbStucky.com) has designed models for three cabin styles at the luxury waterfront resort. Adirondack-inspired models created by Robb & Stucky include the 4-bedroom/3.5 bath Wichman’s Fancy model, selling for $522,000, the 2-bedroom/2bath Serendipity model, priced at $342,000 and the 2-bedroom single bath ‘Lil Easy cabin at $262,000. Additional waterfront models at Trophy Run are priced at over a million dollars.
Added Nowfel, “The cabin interiors reflect their wooded environment and feature comfortable furnishings, elegant artwork, leather sofas with fabric trim and pine and bark reclaimed furnishings. Installation of all furnishings for the initial models is expected in July.” Nowfel was a recent winner in the American Resort Development Association’s annual design competition. A 30-year veteran designer, Nowfel has been designing hospitality properties for Robb & Stucky for the past decade and has worked on resorts from Scotland to Scottsdale.
Commented Dan Lubner, President of the Resort Division of Robb & Stucky Interiors, “Because of the experience and versatility of our design team, we were able to select and install all furnishings to meet the deadlines of the developer.”
“During the entire design process,” commented Lisa Earls, of NorthPointe Development, “the Robb & Stucky team has been wonderful to work with and extremely flexible in fulfilling our needs. We have been delighted with their keen ability to share our vision and to provide elegant furnishings well within our design budget.”
Construction of the resort will be completed in three phases. The first phase will include 75 vacation cabins in nine unique floor plans; the second phase will contain 41 individual vacation cabins. For the third phase of the resort, NorthPointe has received approval for zoning on eight 8-story condominium units. Secluded within the Ozark Mountains, Trophy Run is ten miles from the famed Branson entertainment district, new airport and golf courses. Resort amenities include a waterfront park, multi-level 550-foot long man-made stocked trout stream, plus picnic areas and walking trails.
