REMEMBER: Most sales centers still use the T/O system and although that process has some merit a drawback to a T/O sales lines is that it often leads to the notion that it is the ‘closer’ who seals the deal. Although being a ‘closer’ is admirable, requires great talent and they are the ones who get the signatures, etc., there would be nothing to ‘close’ in the first place if it weren’t for the front-end reps delivering a stellar sales presentation.
Sales managers, front end reps and closers are all in the same boat and the best T/O sales centers, worldwide, are the ones that realize and practice that adage of one hand washing the other. That mentality and attitude, and the way those ‘A-Teams’ respect and interact with one another, is why they are (all) laughing all the way to the bank.
