REMEMBER: Wherever a sales guest has stayed in the past while traveling (and is likely to stay in the future), they have all been and will continue to be exposed to Concierge services ranging from the budget motel front desk clerk telling them the nearest fast food restaurant is ‘about a mile down the street’ to other properties where the Concierge performs duties similar to being their personal butler.
It is very important to inform each sales guest of the types of services available from not only their home TS resort but many other resorts in the system, too. You can do this by pointing out the value of someone on staff whose sole mission is to arrange restaurant reservations, spa visits, nightclubs and dinner shows, booking limos, airplanes, boats and car rentals as well as getting tickets to local attractions, special events and other ‘must-do’ activities in the area, etc.
Sales guests need to know that along with vacationing in superior accommodations and enjoying a vacation lifestyle second to none, they are also acquiring a unique worldwide travel experience wherever they vacation with their families. The savvy TS Pro that takes the time to ‘sell’ those benefits, too, will be laughing all the way to the bank.
