TODAY IS:

Cut the Crap

Get your day off to the right start with your own MORNING MEETING. Sales Tip of the Day and a daily blast of music for your enjoyment! Published Monday thru Friday.

REMEMBER: While it is difficult to change the collateral damage often done by the marketing process (and image) by which a sales guest ultimately agrees and shows up for the sales presentation, the minute they meet the rep, the outcome of that presentation begins then and there.

To start that process toss out the overly friendly meet and greet phase that is often perceived by prospects as being phony. Although you must be cordial, courteous and friendly, the sooner the prospects know that their rep is professional, too, and all about business and that the information the rep is going to share is all about the sales guests, their needs, etc., the better off things will go.

It is the savvy timeshare PRO who doesn’t wait until the end of the presentation to suddenly get serious and all business like when ‘closing’. Pros who present that mannerism much earlier during the presentation will be laughing all the way to the bank.
