REMEMBER: Absolutely never allow a sales manager, trainer, PD, DOS, etc. to affect your sales performance simply because they irritate you, make you mad, you disagree with their ‘management’ style, methods, procedures or whatever!
Instead, keep in mind the adage that ‘revenge is a dish best served cold’ and there is no greater way to serve up that plate than to close more deals– all the while keeping a smile on your face and the old lips sealed.
Nothing is more important to a rep’s success each day than their relationship with each sales guest, and that interaction trumps everything else (like management).
Shrug ’em off, write more deals. By doing so the savvy TS PRO will join the ranks of the few who do laugh all the way to the bank!
