Outline
Get your day off to the right start with your own MORNING MEETING. A Sales Tip of the Day and a daily blast of music for your enjoyment! Published Monday thru Friday.
REMEMBER: It really doesn’t matter how long a rep has been in the business or if they just took their first ‘ride’ (or are fully trained). The fact of the matter is that practice, at home, is a good policy because even when doing well, there is always a tendency to skip a step or two during the presentation.
One great way to keep on track is to go back to those basic outlines everyone was taught in school and over a cup of coffee actually outline (write down) the 5-6-7 (depending on the sales system) ‘key’ presentation points starting with “Meet and Greet” all the way to the T/O (or close, if the rep is going F/B).
By doing this in privacy and ‘pitching’ yourself you may very well be surprised by some important aspects (features and benefits) that are missing, or that are ‘weak’ in the presentation. And because ‘practice’ does make ‘perfect’ it is the savvy TS Pro who is always ‘tweaking’ their presentation (and close) who will continue to laugh all the way to the bank.
