REMEMBER: In our business sales guests are always curious about their rep and they (often) actually desire to know a little something personal and positive about the person trying to sell ’em– aside from being ‘good-natured and trying to sell ’em.
One bit of personal information that should be shared is why as a licensed and proud sales professional with an impeccable background, etc., the ‘rep’ chose to work with/for that particular developer/company.
This can be accomplished by letting the prospect know that after a thorough investigation (due diligence) into the various career opportunities within the industry– including which ‘company’ provided the best ownership (use) options, etc.– the choice was ‘crystal clear’.
That is not to suggest you should overly boast or get carried away talking about the company (or the rep), but to let each prospect know that they are dealing with the best possible options. By conveying this personal aspect of the rep (and developer) the savvy TS Pro will laugh all the way to the bank!
