REMEMBER: There is much to be said, and indeed we have, about a good attitude, being professional, having product knowledge, etc. being critical components in the selling process but equally important (if not more so) is whether or not the prospect feels they basically ‘know’, ‘like’, and ‘trust’ their rep.
Absent those consumer perceptions a rep can have the best ‘package’ (villas, use, amenities, etc.) in the world but if they are closing in the ‘teens’ there is a strong possibility that too many sales guests aren’t ‘warming up’ to the rep.
In a nutshell it is the rep who develops that relationship with each sales guest in a sincere manner who will always close way above 20% and when the savvy TS Pros let their prospects know, like and trust ’em they’ll be laughing all the way to the bank.
