REMEMBER: Marketing issues aside, one of the greatest aspects of our ‘biz’ (and there are many) is that we have an incredible product (and service) that we sell, that is ‘high-ticket’, pays a good commission and that within just a few hours, every day, every sales rep can literally earn thousands of dollars!
That reality is awesome but the problem is, and always has been in our industry, too many sales reps (and sales managers) operate on a ‘cruise-control’ basis and get all tied up in the politics of the sales center, etc. and when it is ‘show-time’, the reps (and sales managers) then treat their ‘up’ as, well, an ‘up’!
When you go to the ‘office’ today (every day), be friendly and courteous to everyone on the sales ‘line’ (management, etc.).
But don’t ever forget that when you shake that very first prospect’s hand he/she/they are the most important person(s) in your life because along with your sales and closing ability ‘they’ will determine the size of your next paycheck. That is something every seasoned TS PRO knows and that is why they will, as they always have, laugh all the way to the bank!
