TODAY IS:

Practical

Get your day off to the right start with your own MORNING MEETING. Sales Tip of the Day and a daily blast of music for your enjoyment! Published Monday thru Friday.

REMEMBER: If you take the time to look from the outside inwards as sales guests do when attending a “brief but informative 90 minute presentation” ;-) you’ll discover they see a world that is much different from the one sales reps view looking inside the sale process outwards.

Whether the rep is selling under an ocean-front Palapa restaurant at a resort in Mexico or an off-site sales center located in an office building off of ‘Main-Street’, there is nothing practical about what the prospect is previewing and the ’system’, by its very nature, can often create any one of several illusions that is not necessarily conducive to a prospect wanting to sign on the dotted line!

That is why at some point well into the presentation, but before the closing sequence begins, it is never a bad idea to bring the sales guest back to earth, so to speak, have them plant their feet squarely on the ground and get into the practicality of being a timeshare owner.

In other words, it is time to eliminate the theoretical, speculative or grand ideals of being a timeshare owner and get down to the basic nuts and bolts of use, etc. because most people are practical by nature and understand, accept and will embrace a world they understand and that applies to their lives. By getting that message across to each sales guest the savvy TS Pro will laugh all the way to the bank!
