REMEMBER: Prosperity can be defined, in part, as a successful, flourishing, thriving and/or a good fortune situation. In the TS ‘biz’ sales reps would be well advised to understand that their own prosperity depends, in large part, on their prospects’ wellbeing and that is why reps should always put their prospects’ ‘fortune’ at the forefront.
And by ‘fortune’ I do not mean the accumulation of wealth but instead the benefits derived from traveling with friends and families and sharing wonderful vacations together, experiencing the world including exotic destinations and cultures, providing educational experiences, etc and how that vacation lifestyle, on a regular basis, contributes to a person’s overall prosperity.
As such, during the presentation it behooves every timeshare rep, in his or her own manner, to let the sales guest know that at the end of the day (presentation) ‘it’ is all about the quality of ‘their’ vacations and that the rep will do their best to ensure they preview the best ‘plan’ that suits their needs. Letting each sales guest know that the rep is putting the owner’s prosperity first and foremost is yet another sure fire way for the savvy TS Pro to laugh all the way to the bank!
