Two major resort developers have chosen Worldwide Timeshare Hypermarket as their partners to facilitate a resale programme for their existing owners and members.
Bournemouth, U.K. (January 19, 2011) — Worldwide Timeshare Hypermarket is pleased to announce the launch of two new resale satellite websites.
As a further step in their on-going programme of working with developers and their efforts to make the marketplace a lot more stable that it has been previously we are proud to say that Pueblo Evita and Elite Club Resorts have both chosen Worldwide Timeshare Hypermarket (WWTH) to act as their preferred resale partner.
Pueblo Evita, located close to Benalmadena, and their sister resort of The Fairways Club in Tenerife, have been popular resort with members for many years and have solid reputation for providing good quality holiday accommodation in relaxing environments.
The Elite Club Resorts Group is a holiday ownership and real estate organisation based in the Canary Islands. With a total of five resort , their private members clubs boast privileged locations in Canary Islands, whether it be with the backdrop of the cliffs of Los Gigantes where you will find The Harbour Club Resort or a short walk from the white sandy beaches of Fuerteventura, location of Elite Fuerteventura Resort.
Both developers realise that they have an on-going commitment to their members to provide them with a qualified resale service should they wish to end their ownership. Through their tie in with Worldwide Timeshare Hypermarket, they are now able to offer a much wider marketing programme via WWTH’s major advertising campaigns. These include national newspapers, magazines and both terrestrial and digital television as well as digital media avenues.
The sad reality is that there remain a number of unscrupulous operators in the marketplace. This meant that it was important for both of these developers to be associated with a company that is trustworthy and professional as well as being both RDO and TATOC affiliated.
The move shows that developers’ views of resales are gradually changing. Without a resale service, a natural exit for members whose needs may have changed are increasingly more difficult. Those changing needs of owners are varied, such as children growing up and moving out of the family home, weakened family finances or perhaps the dissolution of a marriage. Whatever the reasons, they highlight the misconception about resales; i.e. that people want to sell their timeshare because they dont like the product.
Nothing could be further from the truth and the facts back this up. A 2010 survey commissioned in the U.S. by the ARDA International Foundation (AIF) entitled Shared Vacation Ownership Owners Report discovered that 84% of owners surveyed are satisfied with the product. In fact, about one person in six surveyed bought traditional timeshare on the resale market, with using an online timeshare resales listing company topping the list of resale methods mentioned in the report.
Worldwide Timeshare Hypermarket already operate a number of similar operations on behalf of numerous developers and are always happy to discuss the needs of any other resort or developer who have a need to set up secondary resale marketing or who need their existing programme overhauling.
