Don’t Ask
Get your day off to the right start with your own MORNING MEETING. A Timeshare Sales Tip of the Day and a daily blast of music for your enjoyment! Published Monday thru Friday.
REMEMBER: Assuming the timeshare rep has followed all sales protocols and the sales guest was indeed sold on all (or most) benefits and features of being an owner– and more importantly how that relates to ‘their’ vacationing lifestyle, etc.– then, without question, believe it or not, by the time the rep is ready to ’show the money’ he/she should never have to ask the prospect for their ‘business’!
In fact, it is at this point when the sales guest becomes a ‘lay-down’ and will instead be asking the timeshare rep one or more (real) buying questions, asking the rep to show them a way they can become an owner!
If, on the other hand, that isn’t happening at this point the timeshare rep should understand that he/she missed something during the sales presentation. Whatever that was, it is not the fault of the sales guest and you can bet your last dollar that tossing out numbers (the money) followed by drops, etc. normally won’t save the day!
At the end of the day (‘pitch’) it is always the top guns in the timeshare industry who are getting the sales guest(s) to ask them to ‘let me buy’. And it is these savvy Timeshare Pros who have the highest closing ratios, the lowest rescissions and who are also laughing all the way to the bank.
