So here’s the deal. You can stay with the status quo or you can bring in at least $1,000,000 (A Million) in commissions and do so by closing only 80 Deals!
You read that correctly. That is only 1.5 deals each week (on a 52-week effort) at a selling price of $25-K ‘per-contract’!
And it doesn’t matter where you are located (county, city, State) or if your current average sale (deal) is less than $25-K. And that goes for the off-shore crowd too!
