REMEMBER: With the summer holiday season now in full swing in most parts of the ‘biz’, this is a good time to remember that as far as the rep is concerned (or should be) it doesn’t matter if the SM, PD, VP of Sales or the developer is a card carrying Ass because the ONLY thing that really matters is the very next sales guest.
That person is in fact the ‘boss’, the big Kahuna, the ‘in-crowd’, the decision maker (if you will), and it is that person who has the power of signature that can change a timeshare rep’s world with the mere stroke of the pen.
When the timeshare rep gives each sales guest 150% of their time, talent, energy, knowledge and expertise and treats them all with respect and with their best interest at heart, the prospect will pick up on that every time and that equates into more sales!
So put on the blinders to the ‘surrounding’s’ at the sales center and avoid all the negative reps and other Asses like they carry the Bubonic Plague. Concentrate instead solely on each sales guest, all the while accentuating the positive, eliminating the negative (from the mind) and by doing so every time the savvy Timeshare Pro will beat the ‘Asses’ at their own game and laugh all the way to the bank.
