REMEMBER: Here’s a huge secret today that applies regardless if a rep is working in a T/O or F/B track/system.
This secret is that every sales rep (aka: ‘liner’) needs to be a closer and every closer needs to be a sales rep and sales are lost day in and day out because in either situation the sales rep is not capable of making that critically important transition from ‘Sales-Rep’ to closer with their sales guest; or when necessary, from being the closer w/a prospect and then transitioning back to being a ‘Sales-Rep’ during the ‘closing’ phase.
This is an inherent problem in our business that goes back decades and is one of the reasons most sales centers produce low VPG’s and net closing ratios in the mid-teens to low 20% range.
But if a rep wants to learn how to make that transition (back and forth) between ’sales-rep’ and ‘closer’ then a great place to start is by taking their profession seriously and, over time, go through approximately 300 Morning Meeting sessions herein for tips, insights, techniques, process, sales psychology, etc.
By doing so the rep will pick up on all sorts of invaluable information that when applied properly, over time, will help a rep become a money making timeshare Superstar sales rep who chooses to leave the ‘chickens’ pecking on the ground for morsels, instead soaring overhead with the ‘eye’ of an Eagle prepared at all times to swoop downward and snag their ‘prey’. And when that happens the savvy Timeshare Pro will laugh all the way to the bank.
