Riverwalk At Loon Mountain Opens
LINCOLN, NH (February 21, 2012) — The long awaited, four star resort, RiverWalk at Loon Mountain has opened a new Discovery Gallery and Sales Center in downtown Lincoln, a big step in the re-development of the former Franconia paper mill site.
The new sales center is located at 49 Main Street, in the Century 21 building and will provide a relaxing showplace where visitors can view inventory boards, unit floor plans and find answers about the planned resort hotel. Information on pricing, ownership benefits, and what type of residence that would fit your specific vacationing needs will also be available from the professional staff.
RiverWalk at Loon Mountain (www.riverwalkatloon.com) will be a fractional residence hotel located along the Pemigewassett River, behind the Village shops in the center of Lincoln. The planned 170 unit facility will provide an ideal downtown and mountain access location, and well as a long list of luxury amenities and services.
Dennis Ducharme, RRP, President of InnSeason Resorts is the project’s primary developer. Ducharme has worked with the Division of Environmental Service, the USEPA and the Lincoln Planning board to move this project forward despite a sluggish economy. Ducharme stated, “We are officially underway as a key vacation destination now. We have a keen sense of pride about the economic impact this will have on the region, as well as for the perseverance needed to get to the stage of actually selling”.
The Sales and Marketing effort will be spearheaded by Terry Elsemore, Fractional Strategies, LLC. With over 24 years of experience in the resort real estate industry, Terry brings a level of expertise to the table unmatched in the region. Project Director Brandon Elsemore will be onsite supervising the sales operation.
The office is open 7 days a week this winter, from 9:00 to 5:00. Sales representatives will provide complimentary coffee and a casual overview of the resort plans as well as a detailed full brochure. All are welcome!
