AWDOH, Central Florida’s largest independent accounting firm, recently released its highly acclaimed comparative review of Florida timeshare homeowner associations (HOAs) financial performance at the beginning of the year. This study looks at the figures from approximately 100 Florida timeshare resort HOAs and compares data accumulated over an eight-year period.
