Park City, UT (August 2012) — Levitin Group, the timeshare industry’s premier sales training and consulting company, and ePercipio, an online learning and collaboration software provider recently engaged with Festiva Hospitality Group to develop a comprehensive, eight-day new hire training system.
This interactive training program included: a customized training manual; content specific training videos; daily exercises designed specifically for Festiva employees; and a detailed, custom Trainer’s Guide to ensure training consistency.
The program also included online learning components developed by Levitin Group and hosted by ePercipio. The Festiva sales team was provided access to Levitin Group’s online course, “Third Level Solutions, the Motivation that Gets to Yes.” Additionally, Levitin Group’s TimeshareU, the industry’s first and only online university, provided Festiva’s salespeople, managers and marketers unlimited online access to educational videos, audio podcasts, webinars and courses from industry experts.

The result of this collaboration was a seamless, custom curriculum designed to propel Festiva to the next level of training expertise.
