WASHINGTON, DC, (September 27, 2012) — The American Resort Development Association’s ARDA West regional meeting will be held at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina on October 4-5, 2012.
The event begins with an ARDA Supplier Certification Seminar, offering concise education tailored to meet the needs of suppliers of both goods and services to the timeshare industry from 12:30 pm-3:30 pm. A variety of educational sessions will cover personal development, as well as issues affecting timeshare resort operational and financial health. A think tank on current resort issues will afford participants to interactively focus on challenges affecting their resorts. Plus, a panel will take on tough subjects, such as how to prevent escalating delinquencies of maintenance fees, how to increase resort revenues and resales.
There will be a reception and Product Showcase on Thursday evening during which sponsoring suppliers will be available to discuss their products and services. Later, shuttle service will be provided to the famous Gaslamp District, nearby.
The final regional meeting of the year – the ARDA Southeast — will be held on November 1 and 2 at the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek. For more information or to register, visit www.arda.org/regionalmeetings.
