HARRISONBURG, VA (December 4, 2012) — C.A.R.E. (Cooperative Association of Resort Exchangers) has added an employment listing feature to its website (www.care-online.org) as a member benefit.
The “C.A.R.E.ER” listing page is now available for those seeking a new position within the industry or any C.A.R.E. member company in good standing that is looking for new employees. According to Vicki DiFabio, C.A.R.E. Treasurer and the Chairperson of the Member Benefits Committee, “It is almost always easier to recruit new staff when you have an opportunity to obtain information from a previous employer that is familiar with your business…and it’s always easier to join a company when you know someone from whom you can get information. The employment page within the C.A.R.E. website can help provide the access members need to get the necessary answers.”
The C.A.R.E. ER site is just one of many benefits offered to C.A.R.E. member companies and representatives. Benefits include an online Member Directory, Advertising Service, semi-annual conferences that provide educational and networking opportunities and Connections magazine that provides additional educational information and industry news. Alain Carr, C.A.R.E. President, adds, “We expect this new addition will not only help would- be employers and employees of existing C.A.R.E. member companies seek opportunities from each other, it may also increase exposure to companies and employees in our industry that are not currently members.”
C.A.R.E. member companies can receive information regarding the posting of employment opportunities by contacting Bonnie Kosco at firstname.lastname@example.org or 800-636-5646.
