Phoenix, AZ (December 19, 2012) — Dial An Exchange (DAE), the world’s largest privately owned timeshare exchange provider with worldwide destination availability, has announced that it has teamed up with the Alderwood Group, a full-service shared ownership and vacation resort management firm with managed properties in popular California and Colorado vacation destinations.
Through the horsepower of its massive online reservations system, DAE will power the branded exchange service Alderwood Advantage, the internal exchange division and signature service of the Alderwood Group. The exchange component was launched last year and added to their management portfolio as a new benefit for their over 10,000 members. Built with the traveler in mind and powered by DAE, the new combined systems will show worldwide availability to Alderwood members, who may or may not be paying membership fees to other exchange companies.
Commented Tom Johnson, Alderwood CEO, “Management companies and HOAs are constantly faced with the challenge of adding value to the timeshare ownership proposition. I believe we have strengthened our services portfolio to our clients and members by adding an exchange component to what we offer. This new partnership will provide our owners with easy access to a simple, reasonably priced exchange service with no membership fee requirement and a world of possibilities.”
The Alderwood Group’s timeshare resort partners in Colorado include: Iron Horse Resort in Winter Park; Inn at Silver Creek and Twin Rivers in Granby and The Pines at Meadow Ridge in Fraser.
