SANTA BARBARA, CA (April 1, 2013) –– Katana Software, a custom development and systems integration firm providing hospitality industry software systems has named long time hospitality technology and customer service expert Candace Vigil to the position of Director of Customer Service.
Katana is best known for its highly respected ASGARDTM system, a software and interface platform offering custom-tailored resort operations and business intelligence tools. ASGARD helps cut operations expenses, maximize resort amenity and billable revenue, and improve guest/owner satisfactions scores.
The asset, reserves, supply chain, and work order management system designed specifically as an integrated resource for timeshare, fractional, condo-hotel, and homeowner association operators may be used daily in all operational areas.
Candace Vigil has over ten years of experience in the Resort industry. She has been an active ARDA (American Resort Development Association) member since 2003, serving particularly in areas such as membership committees and regional conferences. As Director of Customer Service at Katana Software, she is focused on relationship management and customer experience. She says “It’s not just about technology or software.
