The Company’s Ninth Resort in Washington State
Orlando, Fla. (April 22, 2013) — WorldMark® by Wyndham, one of Wyndham Vacation Ownership’s four primary consumer brands, today announced it has acquired 120 quartershares (equivalent to 30 units) at The Lake House at Chelan, located in Chelan, WA from Lake House Chelan, LLC. The resort is the Company’s ninth in Washington State and is anticipated to open to WorldMark owners this summer. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Located just three hours from Seattle, The Lake House at Chelan offers one- and three-bedroom condominium-style units with full kitchens including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, flat screen televisions, electric fireplaces and oversized decks for entertaining.
Chelan is a year-round vacation destination located in North-Central Washington State. The Lake Chelan Valley is known for Washington’s deepest, bluest waters and more than 300 days of sunshine a year. The town offers a quaint downtown with shops, galleries, restaurants and wineries, and visitors can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities such as golf, skiing, boating and snowshoeing.
The Lake House at Chelan will become WorldMark by Wyndham’s ninth resort location in Washington State. Other locations include: WorldMark Birch Bay, WorldMark Discovery Bay, WorldMark Lake Chelan Shores,WorldMark Leavenworth, WorldMark Long Beach, WorldMark Mariner Village, WorldMark Seattle – The Camlin, and WorldMark Surfside Inn.
