Eugene, OR (February 27, 2014) — Two nationally respected experts in the fields of resort real estate and hospitality brokerage have joined forces to launch Ragatz Sedgwick Realty, Inc. (www.ragatzsedgwick.com) an international commercial brokerage firm focused exclusively on the resort real estate industry. The realty firm facilitates the development, selling and buying of entire resort-oriented developments and provides highly specialized development management services.
Company founders Richard Ragatz, Ph.D. and Grant Sedgwick have accumulated more than 75 years of consulting, brokerage and development experience in the real estate, resort and hospitality industries.

Commercial Brokerage Services provided by Ragatz Sedgwick Realty, Inc. will bring together sellers and buyers of resort-oriented properties, ranging from vacant development land to existing or under-construction projects, to bulk inventory. Properties will include resort hotels, resort condominiums, vacation home projects, resort timeshare and fractional interest offerings, golf courses and ski resorts.
