Our focus has been to extend our reach to potential buyers, while re-engaging previous buyers to come back.
We also improved some internal structures. This was two-fold. One, we upgraded internal software programs to improve efficiencies and search capabilities; two, restructured rentals to improve our customer’s experience. This has created additional benefits to them. The end result – our clients trust us and it’s showing. It’s an exciting time to be in resales.”
