    Dear Crusader.
My name is Frank. Truly I need some advice about a Festiva purchase.

April, 2013 my wife and I driving in the hills and mountains of North Carolina came across an interesting sign on vacations. Well yes my wife wanted to hear more, we did and we got the beginners package time share with Festiva. We vacationed four days at Peppertree, Myrtle Beach, SC. While there my wife was offered a $75.00 redit card to sit in a presentation, we did. We upgraded our membership to what is known as the Corporate Elite Membership. I took out a loan to pay for it as my wife paid for the starter timeshare in April, 2013. My wife also paid for the filing escrow fee 0f $395. They now want another $395. filing and escrow fee for the upgrade. I’m refusing to pay it figuring
that the filing escrow fee paid in April, 2013 would have taken care of the beginner timeshare for Forty Years. Thinking that not a whole years use, there is only 1/40 of it used. What happens to the other Thirty Years worth in escrow? Dear Lisa Ann Schreier I don’t want to goof up a third time so please advise if you can.

    Thanks in advance,
    Frank
