Jason came to Bluegreen in 2011 initially assigned to the Resort Operations team to initiate a variety of critical Quality Assurance initiatives. In 2013, he was named Vice President, Performance Optimization for Bluegreen Services and has spent the last two years acting as primary liaison in advancing priority IT initiatives, strategizing and partnering with Owner Services to transition to a web centric business model based on detailed Customer Intelligence, applying business process analysis to Wilderness JV sales initiatives with increased efficiencies as a primary goal, and ensuring focus within Bluegreen Services to successfully embed “Share Happiness” at all levels.
