Sterling Holidays, incorporated in 1986, pioneered the concept of timeshare vacations in India. In recent years it has changed its profile, positioning itself as a holiday company and not just a seller of timeshare. It now sells its properties not just to members but also to external guests, with both contributing equally to its revenue. The company now has a presence at 29 resort destination properties.
