ORLANDO, FL (June 27, 2016) — Altamonte Springs-based Roger B. Kennedy Construction broke ground for $24 million of work at Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa, 10010 Turkey Lake Road, Orlando, under its newest contract with Westgate Resorts, Ltd. The work includes Building 70, an eight-story, 80-unit timeshare building designed by General Design and Restoration, Branson, Mo., and associated site work designed by Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc., Orlando. Kennedy has constructed over $300 million of projects at Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa in Orlando and Westgate Resort in KISSimmee. Building 70 is slated for completion in September 2017.
