    Owner paid repairs thank to Diamond Resorts International’s sneaky sales tactics that didn’t disclose the known water intrusion damage. Do a short google search and you’ll see the class action lawsuits against DRI.
    Now there’s a new home development being built in front of most of the “ocean view” rooms. What was once ocean view, will now become “HOA View”.
    Done with DRI.

    Are you kidding me?? DRI didn’t do anything, the owners paid for it! DRI is a management company holding owners hostage!! What a crock!!

    “Renovation” or rather “Fleecing” project – whatever you do, don’t buy here or at any Diamond Resort. They paid for these so called renovations by underinsuring the property and then forcing owners to pay almost four times the annual maintenance fee to finance their “upgrade”
