KALAPAKI BEACH, HI (Aug. 15, 2017)
imbers Kaua’i Ocean Club & Residences at Hōkūala, the new 450-acre oceanfront destination from developer and boutique resort and residence club operator Timbers Resorts, today announced a new partnership with the Kauai Beach Boys. The partnership launch coincides with the unveiling of The Beach Club, the new beach headquarters for Timbers Kaua’i Owners, guests and families that will provide premier access to watersports instruction and an array of ocean adventures around Kauai.
Imbued with the history of the Hawaiian surfing tradition of the ’50s and ’60s, Kauai Beach Boys is the island’s original surf school and beachside concession. Founded on the values of Kaua’i legend Percy Kinimaka, the original Kalapaki Beach Boy, the expert instructors share his legacy and love for the ocean. Specializing in surfing, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, outrigger canoeing, sailing, body boarding and more, the Kauai Beach Boys treat every guest with the warm aloha spirit and teach Kahu Hoilina, stewardship of the pristine ocean waters.
“We were looking for watermen that embodied passion and deep knowledge for the ocean, and Kauai Beach Boys stood out from the rest,” said Eric Cucchi, Timbers Kaua’i Director of Operations. “By growing our Timbers ohana to include the Kauai Beach Boys, our Owners can now experience the best of aloha life on the water.”
Gearing up for its services and on-island activities for future residents and guests, Timbers Kaua’i will host a celebration on Wednesday, August 16, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Kalapaki Beach to launch The Beach Club. The local community is invited to experience Kalapaki Beach with the Timbers ohana and learn about Timbers ownership opportunities, as well as the activities, amenities and services that will be offered at The Beach Club.
Timbers Kaua’i – Ocean Club & Residences will include an array of exquisite ownership opportunities at various price points including two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes sold as luxury residences, townhomes, or Residence Club interests. Whole ownership opportunities will range from approximately $2 million to $10 million for the oceanfront townhomes and condominium residences. Opportunities for fractional ownership at the Residence Club will start in the mid-$300,000s and offers a convenient and flexible way for members to enjoy a luxurious vacation home with all the services and amenities of a five-star resort.
