estiva Development Group, Inc., timeshare owners and members of the company’s Adventure Club will notice an upgrade to key rooms and amenities at resorts in South Carolina, Florida and Branson, Missouri. The major renovations, improvements and upgrades are part of the company’s Elevating the Journey campaign, a capital improvements project which aims to enhance the owner and guest vacation experience at its most popular resorts.
“We are very excited that the quality, services and amenities at several of our most popular resorts are being improved and expanded. During the next three years we anticipate all properties will undergo positive changes which will enhance the experience of our owners and guests,” said Herbert H. “Butch” Patrick, Jr., Festiva’s founder and chief executive officer.
At Festiva’s flagship property, Ellington at Wachesaw Plantation East in Murrells Inlet, S.C., all rooms will be completely renovated in a new, vibrant beach décor, with work being done in the off-seasons during winter this year and next. Completion for room renovation is scheduled for the end of 2018. The property will see additional upgrades and improvements with Festiva’s recent acquisition of the Wachesaw East Golf Course and East Grill & Pub. Down the coast in Charleston, renovations have been completed to a new owner lounge off the lobby at the Church Street Inn, with more amenities to come.
In Florida, Festiva Orlando Resort will be seeing improvements in the way of upgraded and added amenities as well as room renovations. In New Smyrna Beach, unit renovations, a remodeled sales center and improvements to the onsite Tiki Hut will be completed at Coconut Palms II.
In Branson, the Cabins at Green Mountain, a favorite of Festiva members and guests for many years, will see unit renovations and upgrades throughout the property as well as the replacement of the clubhouse pool and other upgraded amenities.
Improvements at some properties are already underway, and many projects will be starting within the coming months. Work is anticipated to occur in most locations throughout 2018.
