Sales Licensing, by State

Here is a list of the governing bodies for timeshare sales licensing in the USA, alphabetically by State. In most states, but not all, licensing is covered by the real estate division and timeshare sales reps must have a real estate license. In some states, such as Nevada, no real estate license is required to sell timeshare, but you must obtain a Timeshare License. In a few other states a timeshare sales person is essentially covered by the license of the broker representing a specific timeshare development.
