Trading Places Intl. Holds “Town Hall” Meetings for David Walley’s Resort

LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA (November 4, 2010) – Trading Places International (TPI) hosted a series of informational meetings in October for current David Walley’s Resort owners to introduce themselves as the new management company and to discuss the future of the resort. Working with the David Walley’s board of directors, TPI organized three “town hall” meetings in Sacramento, CA and Genoa, NV. These two sites have a high ownership population, and Genoa is where the resort is located.

Trading Places International to Manage David Walley’s Hot Springs Resort & Spa

LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA (July 27, 2010) – Trading Places International has been awarded the management contract for David Walley’s Hot Springs Resort & Spa in Carson Valley, Nevada, effective yesterday. They will oversee all on-site operations, as well as association administration and financial matters.

“The welcome news that Trading Places had successfully transitioned the Hanalei Bay Resort from their preceding management company, Celebrity Resorts, was a determining factor in our selection” said Marlena Forst, president of the David Walley’s Resort Association.
