Santa Fe, NM (Vocus) October 14, 2009 — The Residence Club at El Corazon de Santa Fe has created partnerships with nearby restaurants, spas, and golf courses to offer unique opportunities to its vacation homeowners. The Club is pleased to announce a new partnership with Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi. Typically, residence club owners visit Santa Fe at least three or four times per year, usually spending a week at a time at the downtown property. Such partnerships not only benefit El Corazon’s owners but also help area businesses.
“Our owners consider Santa Fe their second home, and our partnership program is such a tremendous benefit,” says Rob Harper, Development Manager for El Corazon. “We’re really excited to have added to this program a top-notch, highly regarded property like Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi. It’s a great fit for our discerning owners who have high expectations for fine dining experiences.”
Located in the heart of Santa Fe, near the Palace of the Governors, Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi captures the essence of New Mexico. The award-wining hotel now offers El Corazon owners a 15 percent discount when dining at The Anasazi Restaurant, one of New Mexico’s most highly acclaimed restaurants. Chef Oliver Ridgeway is known for his inventive American cuisine served in a rustic, yet elegant Southwestern setting. Chef Oliver and The Anasazi continue to draw national recognition and were most recently named to the 2009 Conde Nast Traveler Gold List and Travel + Leisure’s World’s Best Hotels.
“We look forward to welcoming the owners of El Corazon to Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi,” explains Andrea Gates, Managing Director of Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi. “To offer a personalized experience to El Corazon owners, Chef Ridgeway will attend some of El Corazon’s owner receptions for which he’ll prepare signature menu items, and we will also invite them to join us for special culinary events at the Inn.”
Additional dining partners offering 15 to 20 percent discounts to El Corazon owners include The Bull Ring, La Boca, La Casa Sena, Mauka, O’Keeffe Café, Osteria d’Assisi, and Rio Chama. Towa Golf Resort is offering a $30 discount on green fees, plus ten percent off in the pro shop and restaurants.
El Corazon de Santa Fe is the area’s first downtown private residence club, offering shared ownership with virtually unlimited use. Owners receive a one-eighth deeded interest in their residence, which can be sold, willed, or placed in a trust just like any other form of real estate. Fully furnished, two-bedroom residences start at $130,000.
The adobe-style property is conveniently located across the street from the new Santa Fe Convention Center, and is within walking distance of the famous Plaza, countless boutiques, art galleries, museums, and restaurants.
Owners can plan vacations in advance and make reservations on a short-notice and space-available basis.
