REMEMBER: Regardless of how many times you’ve toured the model units ‘today’ is the first time your guest will have the rare opportunity to preview, appreciate and yearn for the unique features and amenities of your project!
This is where you really want to put ’em the picture; The ‘tangible’ and ‘asset’ is in the model!
Don’t just say (e.g.) ‘…and our kitchen comes with all the amenities…’
Instead, open up the dishwasher and point out the ease and convenience.
Pick up a plate and hand it to ‘Mary’ and let her know everything is microwavable (and then put the dish in the Micro).
Open up both doors to the ‘fridge’ and show ’em how much space there is to stock sodas, juices, beers, snacks…
Pull out the kitchen drawers and show the utensils; open up the cabinets and demonstrate the space, savings, convenience and safety they’ll enjoy by being able to ‘snack’ (dine) at will, regardless of the time of day or night or location of the property.
Cut the tour short and you lose, but demonstrate as much as you can throughout the entire model (bedroom, bathroom, closets, etc.) in an enthusiastic manner and you will laugh all the way to the bank!
