REMEMBER: One of the biggest reasons money is often ‘left on the table’ is due to the rep’s failure to listen to their sales guests.
Whether selling in a T/O system or going it F/B, that breakdown of not absorbing, digesting, understanding and using (if/when appropriate) what a sales guest is saying, suggesting or implying throughout the entire sales process and closing phase loses ‘deals’ every day!
From the first handshake to the last, always listen and listen well and then laugh all the way to the bank!
